Data collected and purposes

• Account: email, first and last name, password (hashed) – performance of the contract.
• Billing: address, company, registration and VAT numbers, phone – accounting and tax obligations.
• Payment: PayPal transaction reference; we never receive your card details.
• Security: IP address and login log – legitimate interest (fraud prevention).
• Emails: only messages related to your account (confirmation, invoices, renewal dates). No newsletter without your consent.

Retention periods

Account: until deletion. Invoices: 10 years (French Commercial Code). Security logs: 12 months.

Recipients

PayPal for payments; the European Commission (VIES service) to check VAT numbers. Data is never sold.

Cookies

Only technical cookies are used: session, “keep me logged in”, chosen language. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The payment page loads PayPal scripts.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure (delete your account from your area), restriction, objection, portability: write to contact@pixelorigin.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local authority.
