Terms of sale and use

Text to be validated before going live. The French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Beautiful PDF Export online service (PDF catalogue creation) published by Pixelorigin, and the sale of subscriptions.

2. Account

Creating an account is free. Customers guarantee that their details, including billing details, are accurate and keep their password confidential.

3. Trial version

The trial account is free with no time limit. It is limited in number of catalogues and products; PDFs carry a watermark. The publisher may change these limits.

4. Pro plan

The Pro plan gives access to every feature for 12 months. It is paid at once, at €149.00 excl. VAT per year, plus VAT depending on the customer’s situation. It is not renewed automatically: customers are notified by email 30 and 7 days before the end date. An early renewal is added to the end of the current period.

5. Payment and invoice

Payment is made via PayPal (PayPal account or card). The plan is activated as soon as payment is confirmed. The invoice is emailed and remains downloadable from the customer area.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. By requesting immediate activation of the service at payment, they acknowledge that performance starts immediately and waive their right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

7. End of plan and account deletion

At the end date, the account returns to the trial version; catalogues are kept. Customers can delete their account at any time; an unused paid period is not refunded.

8. Liability

Customers are solely responsible for the content they import (photos, texts, prices, brands). The publisher does its best to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [mediator to be appointed]. The French version prevails.
