Is the free trial time-limited?
No. The trial account stays free with no time limit, but it is restricted (number of catalogues and products) and PDFs carry a “Trial version” watermark.
How does payment work?
You pay for a full year at once via PayPal (PayPal account or card). There is no automatic charge: we remind you 30 days and 7 days before the end date.
What if I renew before the end?
The new year is added to the end of the current period: you do not lose a single day.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. The PDF invoice is emailed to you and remains downloadable from your account, under “Invoices”.
I am an EU business: do I pay VAT?
Enter your EU VAT number in your billing details: if it is valid, the invoice is issued without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.
What happens to my catalogues when the plan ends?
Your account goes back to the trial version: your catalogues are kept, but the limits and the watermark apply again.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from “My account”. Your personal data is erased; only invoices are kept, as the law requires (10 years).
